Which areas do you serve?
We offer mobile beauty services in the following neighbourhoods / cities: Pointe-aux-Trembles, Tétreaultville, Montréal-Est, Anjou, Charlemagne, Montréal-Nord, Repentigny, Rivière-des-Prairies, Saint-Léonard, Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, Rosemont, Villeray–Saint-Michel–Parc-Extension, Lachenaie, Ahuntsic-Cartierville, Boucherville, Le Plateau-Mont-Royal, Saint-Laurent, Terrebonne.
Do you have a physical location?
Yes, in addition to our mobile services, we offer some treatments at our salon in Montreal-East.
Travel & Fees
Is there an extra charge for home visits?

If you are under 15 minutes from our Montreal-East location, rates stay the same as listed.

Between 15 and 30 minutes, a $5 surcharge applies.

Over 30 minutes, a $10 surcharge is added.

The total of treatments booked must be at least $50.

Parking fees, if applicable, must be covered by the client.

Note: Permanent makeup / microblading / hair treatments done at your home carry no travel fees.
Booking, Payment & Cancellation
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend scheduling your appointment as soon as your plans are confirmed. Ideally, allow one to two weeks notice to ensure availability.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, e-transfer and credit card payments.
Is tipping customary?
Tipping is entirely optional. You’re welcome to show appreciation if you wish, but there is no obligation.
What if I’m running late?
Please inform us as soon as possible. We’ll make every effort to accommodate delays, but during rush hour or tight schedules, some delays may be inevitable.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients.
Comfort, Safety & Health
What if I’m uncomfortable during the treatment?
Your comfort is our top priority. If at any time you feel uneasy or need an adjustment, please speak up immediately. We’re here to work with your needs.
What if I have health issues or medical conditions?
If you’re pregnant, have allergies, recent surgeries, mobility limitations or other medical concerns, we ask that you consult with your physician first and discuss details with us before booking.
What should I do if I have cold or flu symptoms (or don’t feel well) on the day of the appointment?
Please contact us to reschedule, we want you to feel your best and we’ll be happy to find another time.

How should I prepare?

Do you bring all necessary materials?
Yes, we come fully equipped, from professional-grade tools to a portable massage table, so there’s no need for you to provide anything.
